Ontzi organizes a working session on containers and packaging to specify challenges and potential projects

At the headquarters of the Basque Food Cluster we have hosted a new working session of the ontzi community | Basque Food Packaging Innovation Hub. Led by the ITENE team, the conference has served for twenty companies to analyse the possible solutions to the three challenges proposed:

  • Change from non-recyclable to recyclable packaging
  • Swapping the original packaging material for another (compostable, paper, etc.)
  • Packaging that improves the consumer experience

Once the challenges and their possible solutions have been identified, specific projects will be defined with the participating companies.
